2021 Quadrantid Meteor Shower

Post by Christopher K. »

More than likely the Quadrantid Meteor peak next year will be early the morning of Sunday 3 January from 6:30am to 10:30am CST. Keep in mind, this is a very brief peak, though the entire shower last several nights.

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to give you a heads up about the upcoming Quadrantid Meteor Shower. The peak is expected to be early in the morning on Sunday, January 3rd, from 6:30 am to 10:30 am CST. It's a short-lived peak, but the entire shower spans several nights, so there's a good chance to catch some celestial beauty.

For more details and to plan your meteor-watching nights, the International Meteor Organization has shared its 2021 Meteor Shower Calendar. You can check it out here: link.

Gather your blankets, find a cozy spot, and enjoy the celestial show!
