Danko's Clear Dark Sky states that during HRPO's viewing time the transparency rating will be "below average" (2 out of 5) and the seeing rating will be "good" (4 out of 5).

A majority of any visible streaks will be seen after 10pm. The waxing gibbous Moon will be in the lower half of the sky by 11:10pm.

The viewing was very nice expect for fog that rolled in during the final hour. I was at the front doors of the main building speaking with a patron from about 11:15pm to 11:45pm, and we saw about nine very nice ones and a few dimmer ones.
