BRAS has instituted a new plan to reduce the light pollution in the 75 kilometer radius service area of HRPO. All incorporated cities/towns will be approached, based upon population - least to most.
The multi-pronged approach includes a cold introduction to BRAS; an explanation of the potential symbiotic relationship; an offer of one BRAS outreach at any city-run event - in exchange for BRAS giving a public statement to the city council. The statement will include peripheral benefits (money, wildlife, safety, health).
