BRAS member (and ALCON 2023 Committee Chairman) Steven Tilley has alerted BRAS to the beginnings of this year's Planetary Defense Conference. The Jet Propulsion Laboratory's Center for Near Earth Object Studies will take part in an exercise connected to the Conference, in which hypothetical asteroid 2023 PDC poses a threat to life on Earth.
The asteroid 2023 PDC is fictional!
