Danko's Clear Dark Sky states that during HRPO's viewing time both the transparency rating and the seeing rating will be "too cloudy to forecast" (0 out of 5). The transparency rating stays the same all night long, and the sky cover stays over sixty percent until about 6:30am Monday.

HRPO may be reopening during Phase Two. More information will be posted at...

Danko's Clear Dark Sky states that during this time the transparency rating will be "below average" (2 out of 5) and the seeing rating will be "average" (3 out of 5). The forecast predicts very good viewing at nightfall. However, the relative humidity reaches ninety percent about midnight, and the transparency deteriorates even more beginning at 2am.

surface wind, SE 9 km/h

Danko's Clear Dark Sky states that during this time the transparency rating will be "poor" (1 out of 5) and the seeing rating will be "average" (3 out of 5). The forecast predicts very good viewing at nightfall. The relative humidity reaches ninety percent about midnight, although the transparency improves somewhat by 11pm and even more by 2am. The seeing also improves by midnight.
