There is no lecture tonight; instead, there will be three campfire stories tomorrow night: one at 8pm, one at 8:30pm and one at 9pm.

Below is the NOAA forecast for HRPO's viewing time of 7pm to 10pm...

Danko's Clear Dark Sky states that during HRPO's viewing time the transparency rating will be "too cloudy to forecast" (0 out of 5) and the seeing rating will be "average" (3 out of 5). This evening's 20OGS operator was to be LSU physics professor Rob Hynes. However, there will be no viewing and HRPO will close at 7:30pm.

As HRPO personnel was at the Burbank Soccer Complex earlier today for Mercury's elongation, there will be no program at the Observatory tomorrow. HRPO will also be closed on Friday the 25th. HRPO will next be open for viewing on Saturday the 26th from 12pm to 2pm and from 8:30pm to 10pm, and Sunday the 27th from 7:45pm to 9:45pm.
