Dr. Jim Kaler has a nice introductory map showcasing the major stars and constellations of the northern fall sky. During HRPO public times the constellations Pegasus, Aquarius, Dephinus, Pisces, Cepheus and Lacerta will be available.

On Friday 5 October (7:30pm at the Highland Road Park Observatory) , Education Curator Amy Brouillette will present the lecture "Wonders of the Fall Sky". These quarterly talks present to the public the major constellations of the season and the major objects within each constellation. Amy also draws attention to any one-time or special events that may happen. The talk has no admission fee and is aimed at a general adult audience.
