On Friday 2 June at the Highland Road Park Observatory the lecture "Constellation Learning" will be presented at 7:30pm. The lecture was postponed from 12 May due to a power outage on that date.
The lecture will describe the standardization of the constellations that we all know and love, and mention a few constellations of days gone by that are no more. The lecture will also describe basic techniques for sketching any constellations one sees in the sky. The lecture is aimed at a general adult audience and has no admission fee.
