Nova RS Ophiuchi

RS Ophiuchi is currently in outburst. As of latest reports, it's about magnitude 4.8. As seen from Baton Rouge, RS Ophiuchi culminates at about fifty-two degrees.

Previous outbursts happened in 1933, 1958, 1967, 1985 and 2006.

Chris,
Can you confirm that RS Ophiuchi is centered in this picture? I had a hard deciding which one it is and I'm not 100% positive. I'd like to take another image for comparison when it cools off. https://www.flickr.com/photos/12666884@ ... /lightbox/
