Solar viewing at HRPO occurs at least once per month for two hours per session. Sometimes the sessions take place by themselves; sometimes they are incorporated into a larger public event. The 2021 dates are...

9 January, 12pm to 2pm
13 February 12pm to 2pm
27 March, 3pm to 5pm
10 April, 12pm to 2pm
15 May, 3pm to 5pm
26 June, 2pm to 4pm
10 July, 12pm to 2pm
14 August, 12pm to 2pm
11 September, 12pm to 2pm
9 October, 12pm to 2pm
13 November, 12pm to 2pm
11 December, 12pm to 2pm

A new Active Region is rotating into view. 2797 seems to cover a good amount of both longitude and latitude near the solar equator...
