Apollo 10

Post by Christopher K. »

So close...

The Apollo 10 mission tested all aspects of what would be the system to put us on the Moon...except the actual landing.

Former BREC Center Supervisor Tom Northrop continues HRPO's countdown to accomplishment of one of the greatest engineering and exploration goals in mankind's history. The "Apollo 10 50th Anniversary" talk will be on Friday 17 May at 7:30pm. The presentation is aimed at a general adult audience and has no admission fee.

NASA-TV is broadcasting a variety full-length features related to our original Moon journeys...
"Man at the Moon": Friday 20 March, 7pm and 8pm
"Shadow of the Moon": Saturday 21 March, 7pm and 9pm
"Moonwalk One": Sunday 22 March, 7pm and 9pm
All times are Central Daylight.

Sadly, our timeline for going back to the Moon may be delayed slightly.
